A property management Company with properties located in West Hollywood and Sherman Oaks is seeking an off site property manager.
Tasks:
1. Meet potential tenants to view vacant apartments.

2. Meet with tenants to review maintenance requests.
3. Meet repair people at job site and supervise their work.
Skills:
1. Basis understanding of repairs in buildings.
2. CA Drivers License with car and insurance. Company will provide a mileage allowance.
3. English language.
4. Additional languages is a Plus.
5. Friendly attitude.
6. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $25.00 per hour
