HR Policies and Procedures • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws in Gujarat and India, as well as industry best practices. • Regularly review and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to reflect current legal requirements and company needs. Recruitment and Onboarding: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates. • Conduct new employee onboarding, including facilitating orientation programs, completing required documentation, and coordinating training activities. Employee Relations: • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support in accordance with company policies and employment laws. • Address and resolve employee complaints, conducting investigations when necessary, and recommending appropriate disciplinary actions. Performance Management: • Support the performance management process by assisting in goal-setting, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers. • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, and assist in the implementation of training programs. Compensation & Benefits: • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and managing employee leave requests. • Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks in Rajkot and Gujarat to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive. Compliance and Reporting: • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws in Gujarat and India, including but not limited to the Gujarat Shops and Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act, and relevant labor laws. • Prepare and submit required HR reports, such as PF, ESI, PT, and other compliance-related documentation as per Gujarat and India regulations. HR Systems and Data Maangement • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. • Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) or other tools to streamline HR processes, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics for decision-making. Employee Engagement and Culture • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and a positive work culture in the Rajkot office. • Organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and social events to foster a sense of community within the organization. Training and Development • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate or facilitate relevant training programs. • Collaborate with external vendors or trainers to deliver specialized training sessions as required. Employee Exit Process • Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and ensuring smooth offboarding procedures. HR Budget and Administration • Assist in developing and managing the HR budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining HR-related documentation, preparing HR reports, and coordinating HR-related meetings and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
