JMCGH - Rehab Nursing- LPN IV - Full Time position- Sunday - Saturday as scheduled - 12 hour shift, Nights. Responsible for providing nursing care, administering medications, and documenting care in the patient's m! edical record for a designated group of patients under the direction of the RN. Completion of a vocational school LPN program. Completion of a formal (school or agency) intravenous therapy training program.
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse as approved by the State of TN Board of Nursing.
