IRC15502 Customer Service Representative

Description: EnergySolutions is at the momment seeking for IRC15502 Customer Service Representative right now, this vacancy will be placed in Tennessee. More details about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. ÷ Interacts daily with customers regarding transportation needs, schedules, security information and any other needs as necessary.
÷ Interacts with c! ustomers on transportation needs using fleet and transportation management software.
÷ Creates and schedules customersââ¬â¢orders, confirming pricing and special instructions.
÷ Sends driver information to customers as needed for access to site(s).
÷ Opens and sorts all driver envelopes ensuring paperwork is turned in correctly.
÷ Scans logs and audits through RapidLog system.
÷ Maintains Federal Highway Administration logs.
÷ Monitors driver messages through Totalmail system to ensure accuracy.
÷ Orders office supplies and verifies accuracy of the invoice.
÷ Maintains and monitors O/O (owner/operator) monthly maintenance records.
÷ Monitors accuracy of trailer information in File Maintenance.
÷ Reviews fuel discounts to plan routes and purchase fuel as cost effectively as possible.
÷ Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
÷ Understanding of basic accounting principles

÷ Intermediate Microsoft! office (excel, word) and TMW skills Minimum Qualifications and Years of Experience
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
÷ None
Preferred Experience:
÷ 1 year of experience in transportation
