Contractor Position 1:
- Will assist with duplicate invoice review.
- Research suspect duplicate invoices and their end-state disposition.
- ! May assist with invoice auditing to ensure that invoices are processed according to Pfizer’s processing standards.
- Contribute to the team effort and assist co-workers as needed.
- Will assist with invoice issue escalations and resolution.
- May perform data entry into SAP(AP data Base) and administer change functions when necessary.
- Maintain internal and external customer satisfaction by promptly following-up on customer’s request for information.
- Perform research and problem solving activities on various AP related questions.
- Contribute to the team effort and assist co-workers as needed.
- May request new vendors/changes to existing vendors as needed.
REQUIRED PERSONALITY TRATIS FOR BOTH ROLES: Good! attitude and eager to learn.
NO OVERTIME OR TRAVEL R! EQUIRED FOR BOTH ROLES.
