Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. ! Responsible for planning, designing, and analyzing activities of the department to ensure quality and availability of resources. Responsible for staffing capacity planning, service process design, performance analysis, and proactive resolution plans. May be responsible for managing all procedures related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of service desk functions.

. Requirements

Qualifications:
*

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience.
*

At least five years related experience in information technology and at least one year of supervisory experience.
*

For Service Desk, this includes troubleshooting, installing, upgrading, or maintaining PC’s, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals in a Microsoft Windows operating system environment, utilizing Microsoft products including Outlook, Exchange, and virus protection software.
*
At least two years experience working with TCP/IP, WINS, and DNS.
*

At least one year in a customer service environment. Basic UNIX and LINUX knowledge. A+, ITIL IT Service Management Essentials certifications.
