International Sourcing Co., Inc. , a leading importer of personal protective equipment , is looking for 2 customer service representative s to assist the industrial and consumer sales division .
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling a variety of in-bound calls to determine appropriate course of actio n
- Making out-bound calls as needed to keep clients updated regarding specific cases
- Build strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention through exceptional customer service and the presentation, aw! areness and understandi ng of active product promotions Assist customers in the selection of products from the catalog
- Utilize computer systems to assist with pricing, availability and alternate product selection
- Place orders and resolve pricing situations encountered during customer transactions using current sales policies
- Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve problems
- Perform necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe, organized working environment
- May recommend and help write improvements in procurement or materials policy an d procedures
- Conduct all functions, duties and responsibilities in a professional manner with a positive attitude and demeanor
- Communicate effectively, both internally & externally. Handle all requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills : Bilingual (Sp! anish) preferred
