The Union City, Tennessee pl! ant is the only Shower Door Manufacturing facility for the Kohler Company. This fully integrated facility manufactures glass enclosures for the bathing industry by extruding and anodizing aluminum as well as fabricating and tempering glass.
A successful Program Manager, Product Design candidate will have the opportunity to:
Serve as Project Leader for multiple product design projects
Drive variability reduction through process and system improvements
Participate in FMEA to support new product launches
Demonstrate unique problem solving skills while participating in Corrective Action Teams
Support supplier quality improvement efforts based on data from FMEA and corrective action teams

A Bachelor degree from an accredited program
Three or more years of work experience in a project or program management role
Experie! nce in lean manufacturing techniques
Comprehension of stat! istical techniques
How You Can Stand Out:
An education in an engineering discipline is considered a plus
Exposure to in Glass tempering, Chemical Plating or Aluminum Extrusion will be a plus About The Company:
