Responsible for responding to service requests in the field and managing those requests according to standard processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct in! -person homeowner assessments at 1 year +

Determine if corrective work order is needed

Communicate work needed to warranty agent

Participate in root-cause analysis

Manage trades to completion of service requests to customers satisfaction Perform service related tasks as requested (adjustments and repairs)

Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, internally and externally Determine trade accountability for back charges and POs Authorize payment for work performed up to approval limits

Follow applicable legal protocol and process necessary workflow

Qualifications

Required Education

Related Functional Experience: 1+ years customer service and warranty experience

Basic construction experience/knowledge

Interpersonal skills and dispute resolution
