America’s Construction Experts is now hiring experienced M/F territory sales managers, or independent sales representatives that specialize in storm damage repair of hail and wind, and/or home improvement. We offer one-stop shopping for all of our clients. A sales manager or independent representative are masters at two things: creating sales and developing/leading teams.
We are looking to fill Johnson City territory.

America’s Construction Experts compensation plan is revolutionary. We go through a trial-period of 5-deals: regardless if product is home improvement, construction, or storm damage. The first 5-deals we split the profits minus a 10% administrative deduction. For those of you that fit our criteria and become full-fledge partners of our team, going in to your sixth deal we will now compensate at 90% profit. Why? So you can grow your own business as you see fit. We turn in to a service based Construction Company and take 10% of the top and $100. The rest is yours to build your team, dictate your sales professional earnings, re-invest back in to your business, take it the top and become #1 in your local market. America’s Construction Experts will open a storefront when you service $250,000. Some of our professionals want to build their business from their homes. You have our support either way.
This is our entry-level step in to District and Regional Managers advancement.
